Bone breasts, remove skin and cut in 1-inch pieces, place in shallow dish.
2 whole chicken breasts
Combine then pour over chicken.
2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sherry
Marinate at least ½ hour.
Sauté in butter for 5 minutes
Dip in sesame seeds.
Serve
