Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine and beat well.
    1 cup sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 1 egg
  • Mix
    1 ¼ cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp soda, ½ tsp salt
  • Sift together and stir in first mixture.
  • Add flavoring, or if desire, add cocoa and cinnamon or spices.
