Make graham cracker crust. Put on bottom and sides of pan and bake 5 for minutes at 350°.
Sauté for five minutes.
2 large apples, 3 tsp butter
Soften cream cheese, add sugar, spices and mix well.
Add eggs and sour cream and mix well.
Add cooled apples and nuts and put in pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour with a pan of water on the bottom of the oven to keep cake from cracking.
Cool completely and refrigerate.
Top with caramel sauce when serving.
