Apple Nut Cheese Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large apples peeled and thin sliced
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 4 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup walnuts toasted and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Make graham cracker crust. Put on bottom and sides of pan and bake 5 for minutes at 350°.
  • Sauté for five minutes.
    2 large apples, 3 tsp butter
  • Soften cream cheese, add sugar, spices and mix well.
  • Add eggs and sour cream and mix well.
  • Add cooled apples and nuts and put in pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour with a pan of water on the bottom of the oven to keep cake from cracking.
  • Cool completely and refrigerate.
  • Top with caramel sauce when serving.
