Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups salad oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup pecans chopped
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups carrots grated

Instructions
 

  • Mix in order given.
  • Bake at 350° for 70 minutes
