Ingredients: 1 ¼ cups salad oil; 2 cups sugar; 2 cups flour; 2 tsp baking powder; ½ cup pecans (chopped); 1 tsp soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp cinnamon; 4 eggs; 3 cups carrots (grated)

Bake at 350° for 70 minutes
