Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups salad oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup pecans chopped
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups carrots grated
Instructions
- Mix in order given.
- Bake at 350° for 70 minutes
