Put milk in deep small bowl.
Put it and beaters in freezer til ice crystals form around edges (about 30 minutes).
Dissolve Jello in water and cool.
Make crust and press ½ in 9x13 cake pan.
15 large graham crackers, 2 tbsp sugar, ½ cup cinnamon, ½ cup melted margarine
Beat evaporated milk on high until fluffy.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy in large bowl.
Add jello, milk, vanilla and beat 2 minutes on high.
Put in and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
