Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 oz lemon jello
- 1 cup water boiling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Crust
- 15 large graham crackers
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup cinnamon
- ½ cup melted margarine
Instructions
- Put milk in deep small bowl.
- Put it and beaters in freezer til ice crystals form around edges (about 30 minutes).
- Dissolve Jello in water and cool.
- Make crust and press ½ in 9×13 cake pan.15 large graham crackers, 2 tbsp sugar, ½ cup cinnamon, ½ cup melted margarine
- Beat evaporated milk on high until fluffy.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy in large bowl.
- Add jello, milk, vanilla and beat 2 minutes on high.
- Put in and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
