Cheese Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 oz lemon jello
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Crust

  • 15 large graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup cinnamon
  • ½ cup melted margarine

Instructions
 

  • Put milk in deep small bowl.
  • Put it and beaters in freezer til ice crystals form around edges (about 30 minutes).
  • Dissolve Jello in water and cool.
  • Make crust and press ½ in 9×13 cake pan.
    15 large graham crackers, 2 tbsp sugar, ½ cup cinnamon, ½ cup melted margarine
  • Beat evaporated milk on high until fluffy.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy in large bowl.
  • Add jello, milk, vanilla and beat 2 minutes on high.
  • Put in and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
