Osterize (blend)
6 large green or red peppers, 1 tsp diced red pepper (scant), 1 cup cidar vinegar
Pour into 10qt dutch oven.
Add
6 cups sugar, ½ tsp salt
Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
Add and boil vigorously for 1-2 minutes
1 bottle liquid pectin
If desired, add green food coloring fo rdesired shade of green.
Pour into jars and seal with paraffin.
