Ingredients

cornstarch

vinegar

water

carrots
sliced and cooked

butter
Instructions
Mix
½ cup sugar,
1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
Add
¼ cup vinegar,
¼ cup water
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add carrots and let stand over low heat 5-10 minutes.
Add butter
