Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 4 cups carrots sliced and cooked
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Mix½ cup sugar, 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- Add¼ cup vinegar, ¼ cup water
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Add carrots and let stand over low heat 5-10 minutes.
- Add butter
