Harvard Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 cups carrots sliced and cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix
    ½ cup sugar, 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • Add
    ¼ cup vinegar, ¼ cup water
  • Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
  • Add carrots and let stand over low heat 5-10 minutes.
  • Add butter
