Monster Cookies

Drop cookies with a little bit of everything. Makes a large batch. We made the double batch and mixed them in a roasting pan by hand. Monstrously yummy.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 pound butter or margarine
  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 9 c oatmeal
  • 1/2 pound chopped nuts
  • 1 ½ pound peanut butter
  • ½ pound chocolate chips
  • ½ pound M&M's

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Mix in eggs and vanilla
  • Mix in dry ingredients one at a time
  • Chill for an hour
  • Bake on 8-10 minutes greased cookie sheet @ 350

Notes

Recipe can be doubled, but you need a big roasting pan to mix them in.
