Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies
Drop cookies with a little bit of everything. Makes a large batch. We made the double batch and mixed them in a roasting pan by hand. Monstrously yummy.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 pound butter or margarine
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c sugar
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 9 c oatmeal
- 1/2 pound chopped nuts
- 1 ½ pound peanut butter
- ½ pound chocolate chips
- ½ pound M&M’s
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Mix in eggs and vanilla
- Mix in dry ingredients one at a time
- Chill for an hour
- Bake on 8-10 minutes greased cookie sheet @ 350
Notes
Recipe can be doubled, but you need a big roasting pan to mix them in.
