Orange Sauce

currant jelly

minced onion

tabasco sauce

dry mustard

chopped dill
(or 1 tsp dried dill weed)

orange juice

cornstarch

Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
Form into balls.
Grease cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve in chafing dish with orange sauce
Orange Sauce
Heat ingredients until boiling.
½ cup currant jelly,
½ tsp minced onion,
¼ tsp tabasco sauce,
¾ tsp salt,
½ tsp dry mustard,
¼ tsp ginger,
1 tbsp chopped dill,
1 ½ cups orange juice
Thicken with corn starch.
2 tbsp cornstarch,
2 tbsp water
