Ingredients

cups
sour cream

4 oz
Pistachio Instant Pudding
1 ⅓
cups
flaked coconut
1
8 ¼ oz.
crushed pineapple with juice
Instructions
Combine sour cream and pudding mix.
Add coconut and pineapple and stir til blended.
Spoon into 9 x 5 loaf pan or jello mold and freeze til firm (3 hours)
Dip pan in warm water until unmolded on a serving plate.
Notes
Can be served without freezing
