Pistachio Coconut Surprise

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 4 oz Pistachio Instant Pudding
  • 1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut
  • 1 8 ¼ oz. crushed pineapple with juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine sour cream and pudding mix.
  • Add coconut and pineapple and stir til blended.
  • Spoon into 9 x 5 loaf pan or jello mold and freeze til firm (3 hours)
  • Dip pan in warm water until unmolded on a serving plate.

Notes

Can be served without freezing
