Pistachio Coconut Surprise
Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 4 oz Pistachio Instant Pudding
- 1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut
- 1 8 ¼ oz. crushed pineapple with juice
Instructions
- Combine sour cream and pudding mix.
- Add coconut and pineapple and stir til blended.
- Spoon into 9 x 5 loaf pan or jello mold and freeze til firm (3 hours)
- Dip pan in warm water until unmolded on a serving plate.
Notes
Can be served without freezing
