Soften in ¼ cup lukewarm water.
2 cake yeast
Combine ⅓ cup butter with ¾ cup scalded milk in a large bowl.
Stir til butter melts and cool til lukewarm.
Add ⅓ cup sugar, 2 tsp grated orange peel, 2 unbeaten eggs and yeast mixture.
Add flour to make stiff dough.
Let raise.
Roll out in rectangle.
Spread half of dough with nut filling
Cut into strips and twist to form rolls
Cover and let rise til double.
Bake at 375°
