VV’s Sugar Cookies
Delicate and crisp no-roll sugar cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 c butter
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 c flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cream sugars, butter; oil. Beat in eggs & Vanilla. Add dry ingredients & mix well. Chill one hour.
- Rollinto ball, flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
- Bake @ 350° until edges start to turn brown
