Pizza by the Yard

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf french bread
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • cup grated parmesean
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • ¼ cup ripe olives chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp oregano (or 1 tsp)
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 6 slices sharp American or Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tomatoes optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything but the cheese and tomatoes and spread on lengthwise halves of bread.
  • Broil 5" from heat for about 12 minutes or until meat is done.
  • Alternate cheese and tomato slices on top.
  • Broil til cheese melts.
