Goulash
Goulash
A hearty stew that sticks to your ribs.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 2 lg. onions
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- 1 lg can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can corn
- 1 pound Macaroni
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 2 tsp sweet paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Brown hamburger and add salt and pepper
- Chop onion & cook until softened
- Cook macarons partially – not too soft, drain.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Bake covered 30 min @ 350. or serve from stove top pan
