Cold Oven Popovers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour scant
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, flour, oil, and salt.
  • Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Add eggs one at a time and beat for 10 seconds
  • Grease tins
  • Put in cold oven
  • Bake at 425° for 35 minutes (DON'T PEEK!)
  • Then, the last five minutes, poke with a fork twice to let the steam out.
