Cold Oven Popovers
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour scant
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Combine milk, flour, oil, and salt.
- Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat for 10 seconds
- Grease tins
- Put in cold oven
- Bake at 425° for 35 minutes (DON'T PEEK!)
- Then, the last five minutes, poke with a fork twice to let the steam out.
