Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon peel grated

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, lemon peel, lemon extract and milk.
  • Sift and add flour, baking powder, salt, pecans.
  • Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
