Ingredients
  

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water warm

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix and beet for 4 minutes at medium speed.
  • Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes in
    3 greased and flowered (7.5"x3.75"x2.14") loaf pans.
  • Can also be baked in a bunt pan.
