Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water warm
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Mix and beet for 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes in 3 greased and flowered (7.5"x3.75"x2.14") loaf pans.
- Can also be baked in a bunt pan.
