Rosy Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups rhubarb chopped
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 3 oz strawberry jello

Instructions
 

  • Combine
    5 cups rhubarb, 1 cup crushed pineapple, 4 cups sugar
  • Place in kettle.
  • Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • Cook 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
  • Cook until thick and clear.
  • Remove from heat, add jello and mix well.
  • Pour into jars and seal.
  • Makes about 2 ½ pints
