Rosy Rhubarb Jam
Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb chopped
- 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 3 oz strawberry jello
Instructions
- Combine5 cups rhubarb, 1 cup crushed pineapple, 4 cups sugar
- Place in kettle.
- Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Cook 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
- Cook until thick and clear.
- Remove from heat, add jello and mix well.
- Pour into jars and seal.
- Makes about 2 ½ pints
