Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 large egg (or 2 small eggs)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

Frosting

  • 1 cup sugar
  • cups carnation
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix.
    2 cups flour, 1 ½ cups sugar, 2 tsp soda, 1 pinch salt, 1 large egg, 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

Frosting

  • Boil
    1 cup sugar, ⅔ cups carnation, 1 stick butter
  • Add
    1 tsp vanilla
  • Pour over cake while hot.
  • (poke holes in cake)
