Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 large egg (or 2 small eggs)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
Frosting
- 1 cup sugar
- ⅔ cups carnation
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix.2 cups flour, 1 ½ cups sugar, 2 tsp soda, 1 pinch salt, 1 large egg, 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
Frosting
- Boil1 cup sugar, ⅔ cups carnation, 1 stick butter
- Add1 tsp vanilla
- Pour over cake while hot.
