Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 1 package white or yellow cake mix
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 box lemon jello
- ¾ cup water hot
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
Instructions
- disolve jellow in hot water.
- Mix with cake mix and oil.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Beat well and pour into 9 x 13 or jellyroll pan.
- Bake at 350°.
- When done, poke top with tooth pick and pour over it 2 cups of powdered sugar and ¼ cup lemon juice.
