Caramel Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • vanilla or maple flavor

Instructions
 

  • Put in a heavy saucepan.
    1 stick oleo
  • When melted, add and boil exactly 2 minutes and keep stirring.
    1 cup brown sugar, 1 pinch salt
  • Add
    ¼ cup milk
  • Let come to boil.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Add and beat til spreading consistency
    2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla or maple flavor
