Rice Krispie Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oatmeal quick
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
Instructions
- Fold in Rice Krispies last and bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
- Makes about 60.
