Apple Sauce Nut Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix sifted dry ingredients and nuts together.
  • Combine egg, applesauce and oil.
  • Add to dry ingredients and stir to blend.
  • Pour into 5×9 greased pan and bake at 350º for 50 minutes
