Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • cup flour sifted
  • ½ cup corn starch sifted

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sifted powdered sugar.
  • Add sifted flour and sifted corn starch.
  • Combine until smooth and consistent.
  • Press into a jelly roll pan. Prick with a fork.
  • Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Cut into serving sizes while still warm. Let cool.
