Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal
Oatmeal cookie with warm spices. Adding a Hershey's Kiss after baking adds a bit of chocolate and Christmas flair.
Ingredients
- 1 c Butter
- 1 c brown sugar packed
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1½ c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt optional
- 3 c oatmeal
- 1 bag hershey’s kisses optional
Instructions
- cream butter & sugars until fluffy
- mix in eggs & vanilla
- mix in all rest leaving oatmeal until last
- Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350°
- Top with Hershey’s Kiss while hot out of the oven
