Marinated Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots cooked and sliced
- 1 large onion thickly sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup undiluted
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ – ½ cup salad oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Mix and set aside.2 pounds carrots, 1 large onion, 1 green pepper
- Combine1 can tomato soup, 1 cup sugar, ¼ – ½ cup salad oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
- Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved and pour over carrot mixture.
- Let stand for 24 hours.
