Marinated Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds carrots cooked and sliced
  • 1 large onion thickly sliced
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup undiluted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ – ½ cup salad oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix and set aside.
    2 pounds carrots, 1 large onion, 1 green pepper
  • Combine
    1 can tomato soup, 1 cup sugar, ¼ – ½ cup salad oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
  • Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved and pour over carrot mixture.
  • Let stand for 24 hours.
