Ham Soufflé

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups croutons
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs well beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • 1 ½ cups ham cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put croutons into 9×13 cake pan.
  • Sprinkle with cheese then ham cubes
  • Combine the rest and pour over.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 hour
