Ham Souffle
Ham Soufflé
Ingredients
- 3 cups croutons
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs well beaten
- 3 cups milk
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- 1 ½ cups ham cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put croutons into 9×13 cake pan.
- Sprinkle with cheese then ham cubes
- Combine the rest and pour over.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour
