Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 ½ cans tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry basil
  • ½ tsp oregeno
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ bay leaf
  • 8 oz lasagna noodles cook 20 minutes and drain.
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • ½ cup Parmesean

Instructions
 

  • Brown meat in oil and add onion and garlic
  • When done, pour off grease.
  • Add tomatoes, tomato paste and spices.
  • Simmer for one hour.
  • Layer into baking dish: ⅓ sauce, ⅓ lasagna, ⅓ cheese
  • End with cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes
