Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 ½ cans tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry basil
- ½ tsp oregeno
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ bay leaf
- 8 oz lasagna noodles cook 20 minutes and drain.
- ½ cup mozzarella
- ½ cup Parmesean
Instructions
- Brown meat in oil and add onion and garlic
- When done, pour off grease.
- Add tomatoes, tomato paste and spices.
- Simmer for one hour.
- Layer into baking dish: ⅓ sauce, ⅓ lasagna, ⅓ cheese
- End with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes
