Apple Sauce Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix sifted dry ingredients and nuts together.
- Combine egg, applesauce and oil.
- Add to dry ingredients and stir to blend.
- Pour into 5×9 greased pan and bake at 350º for 50 minutes
