Broccoli Casserole (Gus)
Ingredients
- 2 pounds broccoli frozen
- 1 pound cauliflour frozen
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- milk
- nutmeg
- Mrs. Dash
Topping
- pretzels crushed
- 1 package almonds slivered
- butter
Instructions
- Cook til tender – drain.2 pounds broccoli, 1 pound cauliflour
- Blend and heat with a little milk8 ounce cream cheese, 2 cans cheddar cheese soup, 1 can mushroom soup
- Combine vegetables and cheese mixtures.
- Add a good dash of nutmeg and Mrs. Dash
Topping
- Crush pretzels and add a package of slivered almonds and melted. Butter.
- Top and bake for about 30 minutes at 350°
