Gooey Butter Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box Dromedary Pound Cake Mix
- 1 stick butter melted
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup nuts chopped
Instructions
- Blend cake mix with melted butter and TWO eggs.
- Spread in greased (not floured) 9 x 13 pan.
- Beat cream cheese til fluffy.
- Add TWO eggs and vanilla and beat.
- Gradually add confectioner sugar until smooth.
- Spread over batter in pan.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
- Bake at 350°.
- Cool and sprinkle extra confectioners sugar on top.
